The house is located in a polo club within a closed neighborhood with security, 10 minutes from Pilar, 10 minutes from Luján and 50 minutes from the Federal Capital in non-peak time. It is a house with large and comfortable environments that invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy comfortably. The garden was strategically built for years and has corners that allow you to enjoy it at every moment of the day, taking advantage of the sun, flowers, trees and fruits in the different seasons of the year. The space The house has two rooms with a double bed and two others with single beds with strollers under each. Guest access The house is located in a country club whose main activity is the Polo. The neighborhood has 3 courts, stables and pens. Other things to note Air conditioning: The house is a cottage that has A/C in the 4 rooms and in the kitchen. Heating: As it's a cottage, it has electric and wood-burning heating: Living room: Salamander and home. Kitchen: Salamander and A/C. Main room: Salamander and A/C. Playroom/4th room: Salamandra and A/C. Rest of rooms (smaller): electric stoves. Being in a rural area, there may be power outages, more than anything if there are storms or strong winds. This may limit your use of amenities during the outage.
