Beautiful house in front of a polo field

The house is located in a polo club within a gated community with security, 10 minutes from Pilar, 10 minutes from Luján and 50 minutes from the Federal Capital in non-peak time. It is a house with large and comfortable rooms that invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy comfortably. The garden was strategically set up over the years and has corners that allow you to enjoy it at any time of the day, taking advantage of the sun, flowers, trees and fruits in the different seasons of the year. The space The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and two others with single beds with carts under each one. Guest access The house is located in a country club whose main activity is Polo. The neighborhood has 3 courts, stables and corrals. Other things to note Air conditioning: The house is a country house that has air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and in the kitchen. Heating: As it is a country house, it has electric and wood heating, namely: Living room: Fireplace stove and fireplace. Kitchen: Salamander and A/C. Main room: Fireplace and A/C. Playroom/4th bedroom: Fireplace and A/C. Other rooms (smaller): electric heaters. Being in a rural area, there may be power outages, especially if there are storms or strong winds. This could limit the use of services during the outage. We do not have towels and sheets, except for foreigners. We do provide pillows, blankets, and bedspreads
