The space SURROUNDINGS A small coastal village located in an ideal place to enjoy a vacation or a season just 20 minutes from Barcelona. Enjoy a pleasant swim on the Mediterranean coast or a trek through the Montañana. In addition, this land produces excellent wines with DO Alella, do not miss a tasting or visit to its wineries. Transportation: Train passes every 10 minutes and connects to Plaza Catalunya in 30 minutes or the Costa Brava in 50 minutes. Supermarkets: Condis and Mercadona 4 minutes on foot. HOUSE RULES - Take care of the house as if it were your own. - Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. - No loud noise after 10 P.M. - Leave the house as you found it. - The fireplace cannot be used. - It is forbidden to touch the pool mechanisms (Timer and water purifier) - Throw garbage in the public dumpsters. - Smoking is prohibited inside the home. - In the event of leaving the house excessively dirty or in poor condition, the replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit. -Passport or ID details are required by the property and submitted to the Spanish police. -The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the guest. -All payments must be made by bank. -The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay following the policies in this regard.
