No smoking inside or on the balconies. No pets allowed. Do not move the furniture. Any damages must be reported immediately. Unreported damages may result in additional charges and cancellation of the booking. The jacuzzi heating system operates through an isothermal cover and solar panels. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the water temperature may be less comfortable due to reduced energy availability. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
