Full mains shower, toilet and sink located attached to the house for your own use. Off grid cold tap in the Hut. Parking on street is free. Train station 7 minute walk. Buses right outside. Drive can be used, please enquire. Good area signal in the hut. Electrics are in the hut. There is a fan and window will open to cool down in the evening. Decked area with seating and table fully rainproof with roof hanging over. Central village. Local general store. Butchers, restaurants, pubs. It’s really lovely. You don’t need your car. Cromford is beautiful. All stone buildings. Tourist information plaques. Lots of places to get good breakfasts in the morning. No fires, smoking or candles please. Just a small bbq outside permitted on the shingle/stone. There is a very comfy bench/settee seating and covered area if it is raining. ** As this is a residential garden please keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb neighbours. There are no music or tv facilities for this reason. It’s a quiet tranquil space.** Guest access You have your own garden area fenced off with porch. You will walk through the hosts garden for your toilet, shower in the gazebo attached to the house. Hot and cold tap is just outside of it. This is only around 8 metres from the Hut. Entrance to the Garden is down the drive and through the back gate. Lock code for door. Secure for bikes. Other things to note I have a little dog in the house that goes into my part of the garden. Please keep your gate to your garden closed, unless you want a visitor. Camera on drive and entrance to the garden. Non in your part of the end of the garden.
