Increasing heating temperature and duration available at costs. Important note: The pool shelf is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub; Water temperature varies with outdoor weather; heaters do not operate below 60°F. Natural debris may enter the outdoor pool; weekly cleanings are scheduled rather than after each stay. A signed Rental Agreement and ID submission within 24 hours of booking are required. Security cameras are located at the front entrance and northeast backyard corner for safety. Dogs allowed: $150 for one dog, $100 per additional dog. No parties or commercial events permitted. No smoking or vaping indoors or on decks/patios. A $500 fee applies for violations. Guests may not adjust the pool heater or pump. Unauthorized changes incur a $500 fine.
