Sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, bird & nature watching haven. + ALL the fun & giddy of the A-Frame life The space 2 bedroom 2 bath A-frame home directly on the Carabelle River. Both bedrooms have queen beds and direct access to full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is located on the main level of the home and accesses full bathroom with walk in shower & laundry area. Bedroom #2 is an open loft upstairs with views of the river and its own cozy bathroom with a walk - in shower. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker k-cup and drip combo. Pots, pans, utensils, bowls, toaster, mixer, blender and other kitchen equipment. Office space is provided with a comfortable chair should you need it during your stay. Great room boasts view of the river, gas fireplace & flows into air conditioned sunroom. Large deck with plenty of comfortable seating is perfect for birds and nature watching and is a front row seat for July 4th fireworks right over the Carrabelle bridge. Outdoor fire pit and seating for relaxing near the river. Private fishing dock. All kinds of fish and crabs can be caught at different times of the year here. Canal in front of the home is navicable with high tide only and dries out at low tide. If you bring your boat we recommend using the Carrabelle ramp that is located 3 mins drive from the home. There's plenty of parking space on the property to park your boat and cars. Kayaks and life vests are provided and you can use the private ramp on the property to access the river. Remember to watch your tides and the canal in front of home gets shallow at low tide. Guest access The entire A-Frame home, front covered porch, back viewing & sunbathing deck, front yard with plenty of car and boat parking space, additional easy parking space along the street, private kayak ramp, private fishing dock, backyard with fire pit relaxation area, kayaks & kayak storage under the deck. The detached Shed is owner's storage and is not accessible to the guests.
