Other things to note Our home is located in a charming lakefront community established in 1957 along the shores of Clear Lake. This neighborhood offers a blend of mid-century architecture and natural beauty, providing a serene retreat within the city. Residents enjoy amenities like a Lake House, private boat launch, and various parks and recreational facilities. ​ While this is a peaceful and friendly community, it's important to note that the surrounding areas vary in appearance. For a more pleasant arrival experience, we recommend accessing the neighborhood via John Young Parkway, which offers a cleaner and more direct route.​ Please be aware that our property is not located within a gated or fenced community. If you prefer accommodations with controlled access or within gated communities, this property may not meet your expectations.​ Additionally, the mother-in-law suite has its own private entrance from the exterior of the home and does not have direct access from inside the main house. This setup provides extra privacy for guests staying in the suite.
