Both bathrooms downstairs have been renovated, and a half bath was added to the main floor. Bedroom 1 has been remodeled to include a private desk space for computers and games. This bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a new vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single trundle. The hall bath has a tub/shower and new vanity. For additional sleeping options, the living area has two sleeper sofas (Singles).  No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts. There is plenty of parking available. Updates 2026- New outdoor furniture, new drapes in living room and master bedroom, counter top icemaker. Check-In: Saturday during the Summer. Shorter Stays may be available last minute. Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season. Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.  Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Pool Schedule Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat.  North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp. Guest access You will receive access codes, keys, applicable gate, and pool passes upon checkin at The Dieter Company Office. Other things to note If your rental has the option of allowing dogs, the cost is $200 per pet and is payable before arrival. If you are in a private home with an elevator, you will be required to sign an addendum and pay a refundable deposit before arrival.
