You will then be sent a code for the entrance area and the door to your apartment. Download the app, then the code can be activated. Hold the phone to the door lock until it turns green. Turn the knob to the right, then the door is open. Other things to note On request we can provide a baby cot / extra bed for toddlers. This is a paid additional service, which we charge 20 euros/night extra.
