Welcome to your home away from home! This villa is ideal for families and groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Orlando. Perfectly located just minutes from the theme parks, your magical adventure starts right away. Our inviting space offers all the modern amenities for a relaxing stay. With spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a charming garden, it’s perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the nearby attractions. The space Our vacation home is perfect for families and is situated in a gated resort with guaranteed fun! Located in the Encore Resort at Reunion, just 9 miles from the famous Walt Disney World and minutes from all other theme parks and popular Orlando attractions. Additionally, we are just minutes away from major superstores like Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlets. With a beautiful backyard, our home offers a refreshing pool, an overflow spa, a sun deck, and a covered outdoor dining area. The house is luxurious and stylishly decorated, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. We are incredibly well located, just 9 miles from Disney (approximately 17 minutes by car) and 18 miles from Universal Studios (approximately 30 minutes by car). In the resort, you will also find a restaurant and a convenience store for when you don't want to go far. This two-story home, with 2,832 square feet, is ideal for families with children or groups of friends traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and the surrounding theme parks. The property is in the Encore Resort at Reunion community, and guests have access to the on-site restaurant, convenience store, and basketball court. Although our home does not have access to the other clubhouse amenities or the Encore water park, you can enjoy the large backyard oasis, with a private pool, spa, and covered dining area, to relax after a day at the parks. Guest access You'll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay. Other things to note **IMPORTANT NOTE: This property DOES NOT have access to Encore's Waterpark onsite. The Encore amenities you have access to are the restaurant, convenience store & basketball court onsite. Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item. We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you'll need to buy more. Other things to note The main spaces of the house: - **Living Room**: Ideal for interaction and relaxation, featuring a large comfortable sofa, seating area, wall-mounted Smart TV, and direct access to the pool and outdoor patio. - **Fully Equipped Kitchen**: High-quality appliances and all necessary items for preparing meals at home, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and two dishwashers. - **Breakfast Bar**: With four cushioned chairs, perfect for quick snacks or meal preparation. - **Formal Dining Room**: Rectangular table with cushioned chairs, accommodating up to eight people for leisurely meals at home. - **Outdoor Area**: Private pool with a hot tub and deck, creating a true backyard oasis. Covered outdoor dining area, perfect for days and nights by the pool at home.
