It can accommodate up to 14+ people and it is located inside the most exclusive beach resort on the Mexican Pacific Coast: PUNTA IXTAPA. The two master suites both have a larger-than-king sized bed, a spacious bathroom with tub and walk-in closet, and ocean-view terrace with resting chairs. The four double-guest suites have 2 queen sized beds, a full bathroom and an ocean-view terrace; There are also 3 rooms with 2 bunk-beds each, a full bathroom and closet. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. Our chef, with a fully equipped kitchen is also at your service to prepare al your meals until 6 pm. One cleaning lady is also at your service to clean, serve you drinks, and keep everything running smoothly during your stay (also until 6pm). If more than 8 people are staying at the Villa, a second cleaning lady is required with an additional cost. The villa has its own 25 meter-pool with a spacious sunning terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning ocean view with the "morros" at the horizon. A large triple reception-living room and bar area, are the main relaxing area, surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with exotic vegetation. To enjoy your meals, you can choose between the three locations that we have: the formal dinning area, the breakfast terrace or the lunch pavilion; we also have a special ocean lookout area right in the cliff, where you can enjoy watching and listening the waves crash into it. A media room is also available, having a HD TV with full SKY TV. Two beaches are just steps away from the villa: "Las Cuatas" beach, with 2 private beaches "Playa Quieta" is a quiet beach, great for jogging, walking or water skiing. Ixtapa offers one of the most beautiful jogging paved path that goes along all Ixtapa, from the marina, into the wild vegetation and finally reaching Playa Linda.
