Enjoy our newly remodeled, 700sq. ft. guest apartment with your own private entrance. We're ideally located both minutes from Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood where you'll have access to the city's best restaurants, cocktail bars, and shopping and I-25, where you can easily get to downtown or out to the mountains! The space This guest suite is in the basement of our home and has a completely private entrance with a key pad on the side of the house (shown in pictures). Our space is walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and local parks and is also a few minute drive to Cherry Creek shopping district where you can find some of the best restaurants, cocktail bars and shopping in Denver. We are located just minutes from the highway that will give you quick access to the mountains or downtown. The light rail is also about a 5 minute drive (25 min walk) which would give you access to downtown or the airport. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a refrigerator/freezer, air fryer/oven, hot plate, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The living space includes a desk for your WFH needs, cable and a Roku for your streaming services and WiFi. The unit does stay very comfortable and cool in the summer months as it is in the basement. Please note the ceilings in the unit are 6 1/2 ft. Guest access Guests have full access to the suite via a private entrance. Free street parking is available in front of the house or on the side streets. There is plenty of parking available!
