This two-bedroom villa features plush king-sized beds, uniquely themed bathrooms, and traditional Kashmiri hamam central heating for cozy evenings. Enjoy unmatched privacy, complimentary breakfast, and home-cooked meals prepared by our in-house chef. Spend your evenings by the bonfire or fire up a BBQ under the stars. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Location: Just 50–60 minutes from Srinagar Airport and 35 minutes from scenic Gulmarg perfect for skiing, nature walks, and more. Ideal for couples, families, or nature lovers seeking a serene escape. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note Booking & Occupancy: The villa booking is for 4 adults and two kids (under 12 years old), but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. An additional charge of ₹1500 per extra guest applies. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, kindly follow these guidelines: Check-In: After 2:00 PM Check-Out: By 11:00 AM (Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability) No Smoking Indoors: Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No Shoes Indoors: Please use the indoor slippers provided. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM help us keep the surroundings peaceful. Bonfire & BBQ: Available at an extra cost; please follow all safety instructions. Pets Welcome: Ensure they’re well-behaved and clean up after them.
