Electricity, firewood, TV and wifi are included in the rent. Final cleaning (NOK 600) and bed linen/towel (NOK 150 for each bed) are not included but can be ordered extra and paid at check-in (Vipps or cash). The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms of which 2 with sloped ceilings. Access to bedroom 4 via bedroom 2. The 1st floor has a living room, dining room with exit to the terrace, kitchen, bathroom/toilet with shower and washing machine. Charcoal grill can be picked up in the basement. The space Small farm with rural location about 100m from the lake, large south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture, courtyard and large outdoor area, good parking space, ample opportunity for nice hikes in the surrounding area, possible to fish from land. The house is a former farmhouse from 1896 that has been renovated in recent times. In summer, young animals can graze nearby. Grocery store and charging station for electric car (2.5 km), beach (2 km), golf course (3.5 km), Sirevåg railway station (1 km), Sola airport (60 km). Day trip to Preikestolen (100 km), Kjerrag (135 km), Kongeparken (50 km). Trollpikken (24 km), Egersund (20 km), Stavanger (65 km). Other things to note Please note that final cleaning (NOK 600) is paid extra upon arrival if the guest does not arrange this himself. Of 7 guests, there are a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children. In the dresser drawer in the hallway there is an info folder and guest book. Due to bad experience we do not rent to youth groups.
