The owners have thoughtfully stocked it with everything you need for an amazing getaway, from kitchen essentials to cozy decor that embodies the spirit of Bend. Because they are close to the river and downtown, the Pioneer Park Condominiums were originally built in the late 1970s as a condominium hotel, or "condotel," until the HOA changed course decades ago to become a collection of private condos. Guests love this place because of the amazing sleeping amenities with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living area. Not to mention, two full bathrooms for your convenience and two balconies overlooking the complex's green space. You can also take advantage of the onsite laundry room and indoor bike storage, so you don't have to carry your gear up the stairs after a day of exploring Bend's extensive trail network.
