To make into a bed firstly pull sofa out from the wall. Open the zips at the back of the rest of the sofa and pull legs out. To put it back, there is a button to squeeze at the top on the out of the legs. 1x free under ground parking space pass must be visible at all times. 24hr concierge service. Bedding/towels provided. Also extra bedding for the sofa bed. This can be found under the bed in the ensuite. 2x clothes dryers are also under the beds. Guest access FLAT G20-ground floor (0) in lift CHECK IN Arriving by car: As you arrive at property you need to head to the back of the building down St Andrews Street. You need to park up while you head to pick up the keys. There is a lay-by right outside the convenience store. You can park in for up to 2 hours between 8am and 6pm or for any time period out of those times. The keys are in a key nest inside the convenience store at the back of the building. Codes on how to retrieve these will be sent 24h before your arrival. For last minute bookings, instructions will be sent straight away. See pictures. Parking space is AG20. It is clearly marked on the floor and it is just to the left as you go through the gate. parking permit on fridge attached with magnet. The property is on ground floor. Zero if you are using the lift. If you are walking to property and coming in at the ground level . No need to use lift the property is on the ground floor use the door to the right of the lifts to access hallway to property. To get to carpark from ground floor press the minus button then 1 (-1) There is also free parking in regent street if available. There are not many spaces however we take no responsibility if you choose to leave your car there Arriving by foot Simply walk straight to the convenience store to pick up your keys. The convenience store is at the back of the building so feel free to enter to the front or back of Alpha House once keys are with you. CHECKING OUT When checking out please go through the same motions. Give the code and the keys over to the clerk. Please note that this will be a different code which will be sent to you 24hrs before. I will be alerted when the keys are picked up and dropped off 😊 Checkout times between 07:00 -11:00 Other things to note If the keys or the parking pass are not returned at check out, a compensation fee will be added to your booking to cover the costs. £60 key fob £80 carpark remote Loss of carpark remote will in-cure operational charges for upcoming guests as there is only one key Parking charge for not displaying permit is £100 - it’s the tenant responsibility to display the permit. £60 if paid within 14 days. If lost, damaged or forgotten to return parking permit, the replacement charge is £35 plus VAT, which will be covered by the guest.
