Description
Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment that is 2 minutes from the fantastic Tennyson Street strip. Restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, golf (both indoor simulators at Broadway Country Club bar and outdoor golf course Willis Case), and tons of outdoor activities all at your fingertips. The apartment is separate from our house so you will have total privacy at all times. The space 2 spacious bedrooms with lots of light. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is a jack and jill bathroom that guests will share. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, sink, lots of cabinets and counter space, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The kitchen has plates, utensils, bowls, cups and some cooking supplies. Guest access We will provide a code in advance of your booking so that you can access the property on your own at any time. Guests can access the apartment directly via an entrance through the alley. Other things to note The apartment is a fully furnished guesthouse on our property, in the desirable Berkeley/Tennyson neighborhood. 10/10 walkability to Colorado wonders: Tennyson St and Highland Square shopping districts, several local parks and 2 lakes. Close to bike and bus routes, 10 minutes to downtown Denver and a 1 mile drive to I-70 meaning easy access to the Colorado Mountains. The House: Built in 2020 above our detached garage, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath jack-and-jill guesthouse is in a prime location for accessing all that Denver and Colorado has to offer, while feeling like you're staying in a quiet, cozy retreat. We are 3 blocks to the closest grocery store, 3 blocks to the amazing Tennyson Street (food, drinks, and shopping!), and 1 mile to the other nice area for shopping- Highlands Square. Both host farmers markets in the Spring through Fall on Sunday and Saturday, respectively. You will have a dedicated spot directly adjacent to the front door of the guesthouse (it is best for compact cars); although there is plenty of free parking space along Raleigh and Quitman Streets. Easy access in & out from our back alley. Note that you'll need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Because our home is located on the same property as the guesthouse, we are immediately available for any questions, guidance, or just a welcome to Denver. We leave the amount of interaction to our guests. We are happy to host you and our home is a clean and relaxing spot during your Denver adventure. NO PETS PLEASE.
