Escape to our charming, authentic home in the heart of Utsera Resort Village, nestled at 1,050 meters above sea level. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the terrace over the expansive garden and unwind to the meditative sounds of the Rioni River. The space The house offers two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The spacious living room featuring a TV, board games, small library and two large sofas that can accommodate up to three additional guests. Enjoy meals in the dining room with a large wooden table and an authentic, multi-pane window that lets in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need. We even stock the pantry with ingredients for simple meals, as well as tea and coffee to make you feel right at home. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and other bathroom amenites, while a convenient bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. The balcony, overlooking a lush, well-maintained garden filled with different trees (Walnut, Hazelnut, Cherry, Quince, Apple...) and grapevines, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. P.S. Speaking of wine, we produce our own wine and Chacha, which are available for purchase during your stay :) The garden also features a BBQ area and a hammock. There's a parking space for three cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the house, garden and parking space. Make yourself at home!
