This tranquil resort boastsa 33-acre gated oceanfront community with many amenities including outdoor pool, lazy river, tennis, basketball courts, oceanfront Spa, etc. Guest access The guest can use outdoor pool, indoor spa, laundry room for owners/guest, fitness center. Important Resort Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in. Security checks IDs upon entry, and access will only be granted to guests who meet this requirement. Additionally, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if outside after 11:00 PM, as resort security strictly enforces the local curfew policy to help maintain a safe, family-friendly environment. Please note: The lazy river will close after the weekend of October 18–19 and will remain closed for the rest of the year. The L-shaped pool will remain open and heated to 88°F throughout the off-season for guests to enjoy. For safety, access between the lazy river and the pool will be closed during this time. Recent upgrades to the pool area include: -New loungers -New picnic tables and umbrellas -New string lights -Fresh paint -A brand-new glider The resort charges $20 parking fee at gate for 1 to 7 stays in 2024. From 1/1/2025, daily parking will be $5 per day ( for bikes and other vehicles) During Bike Week, trailers will be charged $100 per week. Monthly fee: $50 for season ( April 1st to Sep 30th) $30 for offseason ( Oct 1st to March 31st) CHECK-IN TIME IS STRICTLY AT 4:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking, even if Airbnb shows them as automatically accepted.
