The two-story home features an open floorplan with chic living, kitchen, and dining areas. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished. Breezy balconies and a private backyard make it easy for guests to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather. This beach home can accommodate up to twelve vacationers with four bedrooms and three baths. A paver drive greets guests upon arrival, while the grassy landscaping dotted with tropical plants invites you to paradise. The first floor is dedicated to the open great room and one guest bedroom. Large windows create a sunny interior, and rich hardwood floors add elegance to the space. The living room includes a cream-colored sofa and matching loveseat that face a large flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the casual dining area with a chocolate-colored table and seating for six. Hardwood floors change to parchment-toned tile in the open kitchen. The kitchen is modern, boasting dark cabinetry, glass-front cabinets, sleek quartz countertops, pendant lighting, stainless steel appliances, and a geometric-tiled accent wall. The kitchen island with two raised chairs serves as a convenient breakfast bar. From this great room, guests can access the backyard and private porch. The porch is adorned with outdoor furniture. It's a great spot to spend free time with your fellow vacationers, sip a refreshing cocktail, and relax. One of the home's bedrooms is located on the first floor. This guest bedroom has a full-size bed, two sunny windows, a handsome dresser, wall-mounted TV, and access to a full hall bath. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second level. One of these is the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, mosaic-tiled dresser, and access to a furnished balcony that overlooks the backyard. The ensuite master bath boasts a glass-walled, walk-in shower and two separate vanities. One guest bedroom features a queen-size bed with a sun-inspired headboard and a flatscreen TV. The other guest bedroom includes a full bunk. A bonus living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa at the top of the stairs offers extra sleeping space. Aside from excellent vacation accommodations, this Frangista Beach home is conveniently located for guests. The sugar sands are only minutes away. Vacationers can use the community pool in a lush setting, and it has a sundeck with lounge chairs. Nearby restaurants include Whale's Tail, Fat Clemenza's, and Pompano Joe's. Seascape Resort is right next door and offers Ocean Reef Resorts guests discounted rates on championship golf, tennis, and recreation rentals. Looking for other amusements nearby?
