Perfectly located for exploring downtown Chattanooga—your home away The space The Bluebell Getaway has a fully stocked kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. On the third floor you will find a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen in one bedroom and a bunk bed with twin and double bed in the other upstairs bedroom. A shared bathroom and washer and dryer are also located upstairs. Internet and utilities are included and you'll have access to watch tv through your Netflix or Amazon account with the smart tv. Additional Bedding Available Upon Request This property includes a pull-out couch/futon that can accommodate extra guests. If you’ll need this bedding during your stay, please let us know ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to make it available for you. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. A door code will be provided for check in. Other things to note As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days. The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65. PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
