The space LOON LANDING KEY FEATURES: * Sleeps 6; 3 bedrooms (1 on main floor and 2 downstairs), 3 queen beds, 1 full-size sleeper sofa in downstairs living room, 1 twin-size daybed in main floor living room, 1 sleeper chair in main floor living room (per county licensing guidelines, we can only accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per stay) * 1 Bathroom with combo shower/tub * Modern and well-equipped kitchen with coffee and tea bar, cooking oil and spices and plentiful seating options * Lakefront with private dock; pedal boat, two 2-seater kayaks, lake floats, kids toys, goggles and fishing gear available for use * 50Mb/10Mb WiFi * 2 TVs with Roku sticks to log into your personal streaming services * Board games * Family-friendly * 1 Pack-N-Play and 1 highchair available for little ones * Gorgeous sunsets year round! * Amazing nature sounds, including multiple bird species * Quiet lake and neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation! **BEDROOMS** This adorable quaint and cozy cabin accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus two additional sleeping areas, all complete with black out blinds or curtains. There is one bedroom on the main, upper level of the home fitted with a queen-sized bed, directly across from the bathroom. The main floor living room can also accommodate two more guests on a twin-size daybed and sleeper chair. The downstairs level features two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The downstairs living room includes a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa (a mattress topper is stored in the bedroom closet for use on this sofa bed for extra comfort). **BATHROOM** There is one bathroom on the main, upper level of the cabin, with a shower/tub combo. It is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need for the duration of your stay (bath linens, lake towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soap, lotion). You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided for your use. **KITCHEN & LOUNGING** The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel right at home. A coffee and tea bar has been stocked with coffee, filters, sugars, creamers and tea bags for your morning beverage of choice. A 6-burner gas grill can be found on the upper deck next to the kitchen (grilling accessories stocked in kitchen). The dining table seats 6 people with an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The main, upper level living room features a (daybed) couch and chair along with a variety of games and puzzles for all ages! The secondary living room is downstairs and features a sectional couch and TV. It's the perfect spot for kids to enjoy playtime, relax and watch TV, read a book or sit and enjoy gorgeous views of the lake from the corner picture windows. You can access the outside two-level deck from doors in both living rooms. **OUTSIDE SPACE** The exterior space of this area features a two-level lakefront deck with gorgeous views of the lake and evening sunsets. The upper deck features a sectional couch, table and umbrella, and two Adirondack chairs perfect for lounging and enjoying your morning coffee, along with a 6-burner gas grill. The lower deck features a gas fire pit with seating, along with additional covered seating (perfect for rainy days!). You will find a storage bench stocked with a variety of lake floats, basic fishing gear and camping chairs. The private dock features a bench and a ladder into the water, which is perfect for hanging out or fishing. There is a grassy front yard, great for yard games or kids to run around in. This cabin is located 5 minutes from the town of Deer Creek, 10 minutes from Ottertail and Henning and 20 minutes from Wadena, which provides plenty of options for shopping and dining in these nearby towns. This is a family-friendly home. We provide a Pack-n-Play, highchair, baby gates and kid-friendly dishes and silverware. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the premises, with the possibility of one additional vehicle/trailer in the community parking spot (reservation required). The property across the street and up the hill is all private and not accessible to our guests. You will have full access of the cabin, except for the owner's closet. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood with year-round residents. Our house rules are geared to ensure their privacy and respect are taken into account.
