With the pool, modern touches, and prime location, this home is ideal for couples, families, children, pets, or small groups looking for comfort, ease and convenience. The space The home features an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living and dining areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A spacious kitchen equipped with essential appliances and stocked with kid-friendly dinnerware and a booster seat. Two spacious bedrooms provide restful retreats. The Primary room has a King sized bed and the secondary room has a queen over queen bunk with their own personal TVs. Both bathrooms have been designed with beauty and easy access in mind. A soaking tub in the secondary and a curbless walk-in shower in the Primary. The Primary bathroom has a built in shower chair with its own shower head too. Both have heated towel warmers. Guests also have access to our well-equipped Laundry space which can handle high load capacities. The sizable backyard offers a private outdoor space with plenty of games and activities to entertain. Featuring a Heated Cowboy Pool & Deck under a Shade Sail, cozy patio with comfortable seating and extra large fan, an outside dining area and shaded lounging chairs around a fire pit. Guests can enjoy cooling off in the pool or chilling on the deck with their feet in the water, grilling on the barbecue, unwinding in the hammock swing, or lounging by the fire making s'mores. We are a kid-friendly home that is equipped with essentials like childproofed outlets, baby gates, and non-slip rugs too. The secondary bedroom features playful décor, a toy box full of toys, extra bedding, and bunk beds. The living area offers a variety of entertainment options, such as board games, puzzles, and streaming services. We are a pet-friendly home. The home features a pet shower in the primary bath and the fenced backyard is perfect for outdoor play. We also provide up to 2 pet beds, 2 bowl sets and a few toys. Additionally, we have linen covers and removable cushions. There are no shortage of nearby parks or walking paths making it an ideal location for both pets and their owners to enjoy. Guest access You will have access to the entire property other than the shed, the outside closet and the laundry room closet. Other things to note We are located in a historical district surrounded by 100-200+ year old homes. Not all the homes are perfect. The neighbor directly in front of us is renovating. This is a pet friendly home, please tell us if you are allergic and we will accommodate. The home is newer and has double pane windows, but because the Union Pacific East Railroad Yard is about 450 yards(~4 football fields) to the south, faint train horns can be heard sparsely thought the day and night, we supply ear buds in the nightstand and a noise machine. The pool is built from a 8’ long by 2’ deep stock tank making it perfect for kids playing and adults lounging. It’s heated with propane and can take quite some time to warm depending on outside temperature. The toilet in the secondary bathroom was designed for children or small adults. The futon in living room can lay down fully into a bed. Please inform us if you plan on using the charcoal or gas BBQ pits so we may ensure enough fuel. Also, please inform us if you would like the pool preheated. There’s wood under the ice chest on the patio with some starting material.
