Just 15 minutes to downtown Marshall or Mars Hill for shopping and dining. Also, just 35 minutes to downtown Asheville! The space As you enter the cabin, you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and concrete floors. The design is upscale, modern and minimalistic while still being cozy and welcoming. The expansive southwestern mountain views are second to none. Offering a large living/kitchen/dining area, that will allow for all to gather and create memories. Start a fire in the wood stove to take the chill off or fire up the projector with a Roku device for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twins. The cabin has a large bathtub and a shower, and is family friendly. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name.
