The space The property has a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom on the ground floor, a second bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom also located on the ground floor. On the first floor you can enjoy an additional king size bedroom with private bathroom and a palapa roof, a social area with table tennis and sofa bed suitable for 2 people and palapa roof. In addition the house has a special dedicated rooftop also on the first floor for remote working with two fully equipped desks, Starlink internet in the entire property and air conditioning. This area has a small kitchen counter as well and a beautiful view over the garden, flora and fauna of the neighborhood. The first floor can be accessed through fixed wooden ladders, please keep in mind safety for children and the elderly. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has hot water and a special filter system that makes the water drinkable in all areas and tabs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The washing machine in the storage area can be used upon request operated only by the cleaning staff and with an additional upcharge. Please note that the house is regularly fumigated however please consider that you are staying in a tropical and wild nature so local animals or insects on the property cannot be fully avoided. All restaurants and cafes, farmacy and grocery shops are available through walking distance. Scooters can be rented a block away from the house. We provide a parasol for the beach so you don’t have to rent or buy it. Guest access You will access the property through an automated check in. We will provide the code for the key box once booking is confirmed.
