The room is very bright, has excellent ventilation, is located on the top floor of the house and has exclusive access to the terrace. The floors are made of wood. A work desk can be placed upon request. It has a private bathroom next to the room. The shower is down and is shared. It has heating (heat) and air conditioning (cold), WiFi and speakers to amplify sound from phone or computer. The space it is a lovely 2 floors house from 1900. It is very well located and has good bus and subway conexions. It is literally in the center of Buenos Aires. Close to Palermo where trendy bars and restaurants can be found.
