The space On the second floor, the house offers a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an A/C unit, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest room with a bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed in the middle, and an additional pull-out twin bed below), an A/C unit, a TV, and its own bathroom. This room can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room on the first floor features a queen-sized sofa, a half bathroom, and an A/C mini split. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there's a large dining table for meals. Outside, you'll find a BBQ, an outdoor dining set, a bench, a Hot tub, and lounge chairs. There is also a full bathroom and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The garage can accommodate two cars, and there are two driveways, each with space for two vehicles. Other things to note *** Hot Tub Please avoid entering the hot tub with sunblock or any type of lotion on your skin. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the hot tub requires special cleaning.
