The space Welcome to your perfect getaway! This unique property combines two houses in one, offering plenty of space for large groups or families. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and sleeping space for up to 16 guests plus a sofa bed, comfort and convenience are guaranteed. Enjoy the private 5-ft deep pool and jacuzzi (currently awaiting equipment to be heated—stay tuned!). The large patio area is perfect for outdoor lounging or group activities, and there’s ample parking space for your crew. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire property, including both houses, all 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, the private pool, jacuzzi, large patio, and parking area. A lockbox number will be provided on the day of arrival. For added convenience, we also have a video guide to help you find the property—just reach out and we’ll send it your way! Other things to note Pool Rules & Important Notes No lifeguard on duty – all guests use the pool at their own risk. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision at any time. Before entering the pool, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand. If sand is found in the pool, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Help us keep the pool area clean and safe for everyone to enjoy! A BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after use—an additional cleaning fee will apply if left dirty. The property can accommodate up to 16 guests plus a sofa bed, so please enter the correct number of people staying when you book. Visitors are allowed, but if you're planning to host an event or any activity, you must inform us in advance, as extra charges may apply. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Security Cameras For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are security cameras located outside the home: One camera is installed in the front of the house. Another is located in the patio area. These cameras are for exterior monitoring only and do not record any indoor spaces, ensuring your privacy is fully respected during your stay.
