Sleep on the water in this Chris Craft power yacht. Located 12 Miles up the Yaquina River from Newport in the small town of Toledo. The Millbilly Deluxe is a permanently moored vessel for you to use as your home base as you explore the Central Oregon Coast. The boat is docked at the Port of Toledo's public marina. There are a few walkable dining options that are within 5 minutes of the boat, and the summer weather in Toledo can be 10-15 degrees warmer and much less windy than in Newport. The space Millbilly Deluxe is a small power yacht. It has a small bathroom, a small kitchen, with a small doorway, steep stairs, small sinks, a small toilet, and a quirky RV-style shower with only a 6-gallon water heater. There are two beds, and neither of them are big or all that private. Some blinds can be pulled to gain some privacy in the sleeping areas. The two main beds will sleep two average to smaller people. The third bed is the dining table, with a few twists, pushes, and some cushion rearranging, it will sleep one additional person. There is a kitchen sink, coffee pot, microwave, two burner stove, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, blender, bean grinder, tea kettle, air fryer, waffle maker, slow cooker, pots/pans, pretty full set of dishes/utensils, hair dryer, coffee, coffee filters, sugar/spices and a BBQ in the summer months. There is also a Bluetooth stereo system, WIFI, and a TV featuring Fubo (local news and sports), Netflix, Prime, Max, Paramount, Disney, Hulu, ESPN, and Peacock. The boat is moored near and industrial area, and can be accompanied by loud noises and smells from truck traffic, trains, boats, and industrial paper mill associated loud noises and smells. Guest access The boat rental includes free parking in the Port of Toledo Marina lot. Access to all the docks, the neighboring waterfront park, and a walking/biking path. The gazebo at the park is sometimes rented for functions such as reunions or weddings. If there doesn't appear to be anything going on, you can feel free to enjoy the amenities there. Across from the park, you will also find a train museum. There are keys to the public restroom in the cabinet on the stairs of the boat. Please lock the restrooms with the provided key at night or if you find them locked upon your arrival. There is also a porta-potty at the top of the Southern ramp that is available for use. Although there is a small but fully functioning bathroom on board, we encourage the use of the parking lot restrooms as much as you can; the boat only has a 30-gallon holding tank. All the other boats are off-limits, as they are private property. The port has also asked that all children under 12 wear life jackets while on the docks. Other things to note Liability Waiver: There will likely be a small amount of wave action. The gangways (ramps) from the parking lot to the dock are quite steep at low tide. To board the boat, you must step across a gap from the dock to the boat. Also, note that the interior of the boat is a small space with tight doorways and steep stairs. This rental is not a good choice for persons exceeding 6'3" or those pregnant or with mobility or balance issues. The boat is also not recommended for guests with infants or toddlers. By booking your stay on Millbilly Deluxe, you are accepting responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur while on the property and the boat. You agree to hold the owners or associates not at fault for any injuries that may occur while visiting the premises. The Port of Toledo has also asked that children under the age of 12 wear life jackets while on the docks.
