The space This unique getaway is anything but ordinary! Escape to our newly constructed cozy farm property, just 7 minutes from North Rexburg and 15 minutes from BYU-Idaho campus. Enjoy the perfect blend of country living and convenience. Our charming home accommodates 8 guests. Two in the king bed (master bedroom), 4 in the queen bunk beds (second bedroom), and 2 (children) can sleep comfortably on the pull out sofa bed in the living room. *We do have a twin, fold out floor mattress that can be used if needed - UPON REQUEST This home is attached to one other unit. There is a dividing locked door that only we the hosts have access to, keeping each side completely private. So everything you see listed is all yours! The only thing shared is the grassy area outside. Experience the joy of farm life with our delightful array of animals by booking the add on barnyard tour! This includes seeing mini cows, mini horses, mini donkeys, alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, emus and more! Located near the stunning St. Anthony Sand Dunes (17 mins), our property serves as a perfect stopping point on your journey to Jackson Hole (1 hr 30 mins), West Yellowstone National Park (1 hr 15 min), Yellowstone Bear World (20 min), Various hot springs and the Grand Teton National Park (1 hr 48 min). Come enjoy, explore, and make unforgettable memories in this unique and authentic farm setting! *Remember that whether you schedule to meet the animals in person or not, you are still right there with them…they are not always quiet, so for your convenience-sound machines are provided! Guest access *There are two units attached at the address provided. This booking is for the deck entry that faces the South. You have a front porch deck and a shared yard to hang out and relax in as you please. You will see all sorts of animals just by looking out of the living room windows! You may also have a farm cat visit you while hanging out in the yard….but access to the barnyard for other animal interaction is off limits unless a scheduled add on tour is set up with the host! *If you are taken in for an animal tour, there is a barn. Pictures in front are welcome, but you will not have access to inside the barn. *Hosts Yard, driveway and shop that are next door are off limits. *The untility room door will be locked. Other things to note •Booking a “Teton View Barnyard Tour” is as simple as messaging your host! Legally we are required to be present for the entire tour, so I will do my best in scheduling your experience for a time that works best for both parties. •Pricing: for our guests we have discounted the entry fee. The price below is for one, 1.5 hour time slot $15.00 per person 3 yr old and under are free •Payment, can be taken at the time of entry. •Waivers for anyone who will be participating will need to be signed prior to entry.
