Welcome to Champagne Sunsets, a secluded waterfront cabin with expansive views and lakefront dock access. * Boat allowed at dock if fits in our boat lift and trailer parking (additional charge) *Lake access on a STEEP path to dock, 1.2 acres lot & 250ft of private waterfront *Dock with 4 chairs – amazing swimming and paddleboarding *Owners live in SP, so we are available as concierge if desired *15 min drive to town *3 min drive to Gold Hill Hike *NO WIFI or AC *Non-toxic cleaning The space Cabin Highlights: -Deck & Cabin with beautiful views of the lake and Schweitzer Mountain Resort -Lake access on a STEEP path to dock, 250 ft of waterfront – no neighbors to the left, 1 house on the right -Dock with 4 chairs & 4 loungers surrounded by rustic rock formations – amazing swimming and paddleboarding -Deck with expansive views of lake & mtns with side table and bench chairs and charcoal grill -Owners live in SP, so we are available as concierge if desired, or we will leave you to peacefully enjoy your stay -5 min boat ride or 15 min drive to Sandpoint -3 min drive to Gold Hill Trail - Non-toxic cleaning supplies - washer & dryer - Coffee & Earl Grey tea & sugar packets provided as well as Welcome Champagne or beer & 4 farm fresh eggs No commercial photography without written approval. Please do not tag us or our property location in any photos. And for that matter, keep the west wild and consider not tagging or naming locations of any places in nature, including the Lake! No more than 2 outside visitors at property or cabin. The Grounds: Champagne Sunsets is a small cabin with 1 bedroom and 1 loft. The cabin & deck have expansive views of the town, lake, & mtns, you can see City Beach and Schweitzer Mountain. Children 9 & older are welcome. Set on 250 ft. of waterfront and 1.2 acres, this is a rustic and wild property that is set on a STEEP driveway and a STEEP path down to the dock. Please be advised that 4WD or All-wheel drive are required for the driveway or you can park at the top and carry your luggage down to the cabin. The dock is just 150ft below the cabin, but once again it is STEEP and an unimproved trail without hand rails. For instance, we have to help our own parents down the path. *BEDROOMS & BATH* Champagne Sunsets has 1 full bedroom and 1 loft. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and closet with hangars. The loft has 1 King bed on low platform & 1 twin mattress on the loft floor. The ladder to the loft is steep and not recommended for anyone with limited mobility or anyone afraid of heights. Please see picture and/or ask me questions. Not all adults would like the loft and we only allow children ages 9 and over at this cabin. The cabin has one bathroom, which features a shower. Feel free to utilize the blow dryer, single-use makeup wipes, dock towels, shampoo/conditioner, or any items found in the bathroom. *NON-TOXIC* Primarily non-toxic and natural cleaning products are used at this cabin and a minimum of synthetic fragrances are used. White cotton sheets and towels are washed using Zum or Molly’s Suds detergents. Floors and counters and shower - Branch Basics. Hand soap - Grove. Dishwasher tablets and dish liquid are the only cleaners that are not natural, as well as bleach or Lysol are sometimes used on only the toilet or sometimes a diluted bleach is added to the laundry whites. *DETAILS* NO open fires allowed on this property (to book a fire in Chimenea if fire danger low, please contact me) Use of wood stove NOT allowed; electric heaters are available. Guest access Entire cabin & property & dock available for use. Basement under cabin only available for use of washer and dryer. No more than 2 outside visitors at property or cabin. Other things to note NO WIFI, No AC, verizon works well, NO open fires, No use of wood stove We greet guests and live close by property or boat by some days.
