The home has an open living room/kitchen with a full bathroom/laundry room on the 1st floor and a bedroom on the second floor. The kitchen has all the conveniences necessary for day-to-day living: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, bowls, cutting board, knives, etc. There is NO dishwasher. The living room has a loveseat with a pull-out bed (full-size), an arm chair and footstools; flat-screen tv with Roku Firestick (bring your app passwords). Starlink internet is also available. There is a desk with chair and the dining table can easily seat 6. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity area that also includes the washing machine and dryer. Towels, wash clothes, soap, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. The upstairs bedroom loft has a small closet and 2 dressers. The queen-size bed mattress is new with Serenity foam topper. Even though located in the loft the room is light and airy during the day with a blackout shade for those who like to sleep-in or take a nap. The home is 5 minutes from downtown Priest River and approximately 35-45 minutes from Priest Lake and Sandpoint; an hour away from Spokane, CDA, and Schweitzer Ski Resort; 90 minutes from Spokane Int'l Airport. *** Note: This property is unique and may not be for everyone. With this in mind: 1) the road leading to the home is up a bumpy dirt road; 2) the loft is shorter on the sides than in the middle; those over 6' tall will need to be careful to not hit their head.
