Other things to note Other Things to Note House Rules (Please Read): We love sharing this home and hope you treat it like your own. These rules keep it safe and special: • No Smoking anywhere on property (indoors or out) – $2,000 fee and immediate removal apply. • No Pets due to allergies – $500 fee per day violation and immediately removal apply. • No Parties or Events – Quiet hours: 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM • Swimming is at your own risk – No diving or running on dock or rocks • Septic Tank- Only toilet paper in toilets – No wipes (even flushable) • Guest count must match your reservation. Day visitors or extra guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved extra guests incur a $150/person/day fee. • Campfires allowed in fire pit only, and only if no burn bans are in effect • Damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest • Early check-in or late checkout? Just ask! We will try to accommodate when possible.
