Stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people in the heart of Brickell & Downtown Miami! This 2 bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen & Keurig Coffee machine, King sized bed in master, 2 twin sized beds in second bedroom. 2 full bathroom, spacious walk in closet, washer/dryer and a workspace for checking emails. Take in the city & water view from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony. The space This gorgeous 1350 sqft 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Icon Building. The luxurious Icon Brickell resort was designed by Philippe Starck, featuring a 28,000-square-foot spa, and fitness center, a 300-foot infinity pool, overlooking the Bay, wet and dry saunas, poolside bar and fireplace. It is surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. You are within walking distance to Brickell City Center, tons of restaurants, shopping and bars. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED- VALET PARKING TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE BUILDING Guest access Access to all utilities in the apartment and Icon Amenities in the Building. Free Business Center, Spa, Jacuzzis, Fitness Center (with Yoga classes also provided) * Guest Access cards are provided at the ground floor with security after check in. Front desk will be more than happy to explain to you where to get, feel free to ask them. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: From August 2025 until 2027 the pool will be closed Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend closures) due to building work. Construction noise is expected. Balconies will close and be inaccessible. Windows will be covered with protective film. Indoor spa & fitness centers remain fully open. Our current pricing already reflects this potential inconvenience. **Check-in Process - Check in time begins at 4pm. You will check in with front desk. Any unauthorized early check in will incur a fee. ** Building requires name and copy of photo ID from each guest staying in the unit. This must be sent to us at least 24 hours before arrival. The Building also requires guest to sign rules and regulations upon arrival. ** There is no luggage storage/drop off ** Parking is not included-Building is valet only **The unit you have rented is located within a condo-hotel which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time or during weekends can be reported to property manager or hotel staff. ** This building is a Condo/Hotel all units are individually owned and operated and/or lived in. We are not responsible for any noise (including construction) that is taking place outside of our unit or in the surrounding area which is beyond our control. If noise such as music, yelling, etc is coming from a nearby unit, and it is quiet hours (10pm-7am), you can call the front desk to report the noise and they will send security up ** Because the unit is located in a building, there may be times where the building will need to do maintenance or repairs on certain things unexpectedly in order to keep things running smoothly. We will do our best to give advance notice, but is not always possible depending on the urgency or the information relayed to us. We kindly ask for patience and cooperation and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. ** **Please note this is a private unit located in the residence tower of the W hotel, however there is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them. Replenishment of toiletries are not provided. **For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay. **For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay. (Note: Due to the nature of this business and the need to replace certain furnishings, there may be some items such as art, lamps, linen, pillows, and furniture that differ from pictures)
