Our accommodation is located a 10-minute walk from the city center, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will be 15 min walk from Perpignan train station. By car, 20 min from the beach, 45 min from Spain and 1h45 from the ski slopes. Our place is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers. Refurbished in 2025, it is equipped "like at home" Linens and towels provided as well as essentials (toilet paper, household products, etc.) The space 30 m2 studio with balcony, entrance hall with closet, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower equipped with a washing machine. Other things to note For our biker friends, possibility to park motorcycles at our place, 50m from the studio.
