We can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed, in a space of approximately 25m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge. We are just a few meters from the Hospital do Coração and Avenida Paulista and its attractions, such as Japan House, Itaú Cultural, Casa das Rosas, Mirante do SESC and Shopping Pátio Paulista. The space Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others. The balcony has blackout blinds and a view of the street. We also have a table with chairs for dining or home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with gas shower. We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply). Guest access Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, games room and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room. Other things to note - We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately). - If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply). - There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety. - The condominium has a free shared laundry room on the 1st floor. Guests must bring their own liquid soap to use.
