The garage is used for waste management and not available for parking inside. Other things to note We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly. Please note that the outdoor furniture will not be available during late fall and winter between Mid October and Mid April. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping/property maintenance. Upon booking all guests will be required to provide the full names of all the guests staying, their home address and the details of all cars that will be parked on the property. This is a requirement of the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please note that the bedding for sofa bed is only provided for bookings that are for groups of seven or more. Please note that the garage is used for waste management and isn't available for guest's use. Please do not use any items in the garage, including the bikes as these items are not available. Please read gym waiver in house rules. Please note that we do not offer cable TV or provide logins for streaming services. However, the Smart TV is equipped with a variety of streaming apps, and you are welcome to log in using your own accounts. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
