Self check-in offers flexibility, but if you prefer, we’re happy to greet you in person. The area is calm and family-friendly, making it ideal for a restful stay. Details: The space is meticulously cleaned and maintained by the owner living upstairs. Ideal for short stays (even one night) or extended visits more than 31 nights. One of the bedroom windows is an egress window, providing an emergency exit for added safety and peace of mind. Emergency exit signs and fire extinguishers are installed throughout the space. No unregistered guests – Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours – Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 6 AM. No smoking – Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking areas are available outside. No pets – Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the host. 👨🏻‍🔧Occasional Access (in case of emergency or exceptional need) In rare situations, we may need to access certain essential installations (such as the electrical panel or heating system). This may include urgent interventions, visits from technicians, or occasionally inspections (city, insurance, etc.). You will always be informed in advance, and your privacy will be fully respected.
