Bliss@Ballyshannon can be found on the resort of Hampton Lakes, with direct access to Highway 27 it is ideally located for all of the attractions! There is enough space to sleep 10 and you can bask in our large west facing pool! Inside the home you will find modern furnishing, wood floors, modern air conditioning, stainless kitchen appliances and quartz counters. Our home was gutted and completely transformed during June 2024! The space We have painstaking redeveloped this beautiful property during the Early Summer of 2024 and are excited to make the home available to guests here on AIRBNB, Primetime Villas and VR360homes! Living After a great deal of modernisation, we are proud to boast our huge open plan living area!! With a foosball table, large modern couch with huge wall hung TV and direct access to our fully stocked kitchen and large pool, the living area has some serious wow factors. This is an amazing space for your family to spend time together. Kitchen Our Kitchen has seen complete transformation, with new cabinets, new appliances, granite surfaces, beautiful seating, lighting, loads of storage... the finish is awesome. We also feature additions such as a KURIG Coffee maker, Air Fryer, Microwave, Stove, Huge Fridge Freezer with built in Ice Maker and Dishwasher, there's also all towels, iron and silver ware, you need for nothing here! There is ample storage too, so with all these facilities, you'll be able to make your family meals and memories here in this awesome, central space. Dining To complement the open plan feel of the home, at the very front you will find our stunning dining area. With seats for 8 people, our dining area features a table, benches, chairs and stunning lighting, it's situated at the front of the house, next to the kitchen. This is an area worthy of any occasion! Bedrooms 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10. We have five fabulous bedrooms, all freshly renovated with brand new linens! King Master - First Floor - with Ensuite Bathroom. This luxurious haven is freshly renovated and decorating, featuring a brand new king bed, TV, closet and drawer space and pool views, the room features an en suite bathroom. Second King Suite Our second king suite is also on the first floor, featuring a huge, brand new king bed, TV, closet and storage space, there is an option to lock off the downstairs bathroom and make this a second en suite. Queen Suite On the upper floor, you will find the queen room, with closet and storage space, a large TV, the queen bed is brand new featuring new linens. There is an adjoining en suite. The room enjoys views over our beautiful pool, lakes and sports court. Twin Rooms Again on the upper floor, you will find both of our twin rooms, with all new linens, TVs, storage and closet space, these rooms are ideal for your Children or Family members! Bathrooms 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. Our Bathrooms have been totally renovated throughout the home, featuring new granite vanities, basins, toilets and shower heads! Each bathroom has beautiful new granite tops, lighting and new towels and linens provided! Master The En suite features a newly renovated full bathroom with separate toilet with Bath and Shower, Second Downstairs Bathroom (Can be locked off to provide an en suite) This bathroom features a shower and toilet, again all linens are provided. Queen En suite Again a brand new bathroom featuring new vanities, shower head, toilets and lighting, this en suite is attached to the Queen Bedroom. Finally the Shared Twin Bathroom Again, another brand new bathroom, with new granite vanities, lighting, shower heads and toilet. Al our Bathrooms feature either a wood or tile floor and all towels are provided. Games Room We have featured a foosball table in the lovely air conditioned living area! Pool The feature of any Florida vacation rental is the pool... and ours is no exception! Our beautiful, large, west facing pool was resurfaced in 2024 and has had the operational system overhauled. We feature a sunken spa too, both feature brand new LED lighting for those late night dips after a trip to one of the parks! The pool is surrounded by large hedges and trees on two sides and for additional privacy, we have added Florida Glass screens around the bottom layer of the pool cage. The area is completed with sun loungers, a table and chairs and relaxing chairs situated around the pool. Our pool can be warmed in the winter months and this is recommended November - April, to heat the pool is an additional $35 per night inclusive of tax. Please note - if you opt for pool heating it is set to 86 degrees main pool, the on demand spa is set to 104 degrees, this is worked through a timer on the pool wall. The main pool heater will operate 8am - 8pm as needed. Outside We are situated on a large corner plot in the middle of the Hampton Lakes Sub Division. Our home is footsteps away from the tennis courts and communal area, also the famous lake that the resort is named after! Garage There is space for two vehicles outside on the driveway, this area is for standard cars, no large trucks, SUV, Commercial Vehicles are permitted to park overnight in the community, a third spot within the garage can be made available upon request. Internet Free high speed internet is provided throughout the home. Baby Equipment Can be provided upon request, please let us know at the time of booking. Accessible Wheelchair Accessible - No Pets We will accept Cats and Dogs up to 20lbs in weight, please enquire with us for more details. A nightly fee is charged along with an additional cleaning fee. Guest access You have access to all areas of our home! Other things to note This property is self-service-- meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, we will supply you with 8 rolls of toilet paper, 3 x trash bags, 3 x detergent and dishwasher pods and a roll of kitchen paper. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish. Must be 25+ Years of age to book. No Smoking No Parties A clean fee of $200 applies to all bookings and will be collected through AIRBNB as part of your booking. Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights) Electric car charging is not allowed at this home. Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
