The estate is perfect for events like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, and more. It offers plenty of parking for 30+ cars and has space for food trucks or other vendors. We can also provide catering tables and chairs, with seating for up to 50 guests, making it easy to host your event comfortably. Please read all information thoroughly. All events require explicit approval in advance. Unauthorized events will result in the instant cancellation of your booking. Do not instant book the home if you intend to host an event but message us first. To keep things clear and simple, our event fees are separate from lodging costs: • Up to 25 guests: $1,500 • Up to 40 guests: $2,250 • 40–60 guests: $3,500 • 60–80 guests: $5,000 • 80–100 guests: $6,500 To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, the maximum event capacity is 100 guests. All events require a minimum 3-day booking through our online listing. This allows ample time for setup, celebration, and relaxation — no rushing, just memories made at your own pace. While our estate is beautifully furnished, you’re welcome to coordinate with third-party vendors for tables, chairs, and décor that perfectly match your event vision. To preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, local regulations require a 10:00 PM noise cutoff. We kindly ask guests to keep celebrations respectful so everyone can enjoy a peaceful evening.
