Head on up to the main level for a bright and airy living room with a wall of windows, comfy couches and side chairs centered around a flat panel TV, and gorgeous wood ceilings. The nearby kitchen - equipped with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, glassware, dishes, etc., and great storage spaces- includes a breakfast bar seating 3, perfect for casual meals or chatting about the day's adventures. The adjacent dining table easily seats 6, making it easy to gather everyone together for meals. Don't forget to check out the puzzles, board games, and books library when you need a break from the sun & sand. On the main level, you'll also find two inviting bedrooms, each painted in soothing ocean hues and thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep. One bedroom offers a queen bed with direct deck access, perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee outdoors. The other room is a versatile space featuring a queen bed plus a twin bunk, ideal for families or friends sharing stories into the night. The real retreat, though? That’s upstairs in the primary suite. Think king bed, your own TV, access to a private deck with a porch swing, and an en suite bath where you can wash off the salt and sand in style in the tiled shower. We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so we include a set of starter supplies for the first day of fun: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal. We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a MINIMUM of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at this home at any time. Occupancy is the maximum number of guests allowed at the home at any time. PARKING Free parking available for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
