Peace and Tranquility in a Waterfront Condo

My place is good for couples and families. Children must be supervised as there are places outside the house with some risk of falling. The balcony has a safety net. Furnished house in a gated community, with 24-hour security. We do not accept pets. The condominium has sports court, volleyball court and a small playground that can be used if they are available. The space The Condominium is on the edge of Praia Vermelha, a quiet and clean beach, about 200 meters from the house, with access by cable car or on foot. There are 2 houses on the property: one of them is my summer residence and is usually used by me in the month of July. The other house that is advertised here is next to mine but is totally independent. It has a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a wooden deck and 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. Two bedrooms have windows overlooking the balcony and backyard of my house; the third bedroom is located in the lower part of the house, with access by a ramp and small staircase, both with handrails. This third bedroom has no blackout. It only has a curtain. The other 2 bedrooms have a wooden window with an internal glass part and an external wooden part that functions as a blackout, keeping the environment dark. The house has an access staircase, with a handrail, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties to access (see photos). Access to the third bedroom is via a ramp and a small staircase. This third bedroom has no bathroom. The 2 existing bathrooms are at the top of the house. There is a balcony around this room. The bathroom in the en-suite bedroom has a toilet and a sink. It has no shower. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The 2 bedrooms at the top of the house have air-conditioning; the third bedroom at the bottom of the house and the living room have 1 fan each. The house has a washing machine. The house has a beautiful garden, ecological shower and leisure area, with a sink and built-in barbecue, illuminated at night. Guest access Condominium Barlavento is located at km 528 of BR 101 (Rio-Santos), 200 km from Rio de Janeiro and borders a beautiful beach, called Praia Vermelha. It has 24-hour security, a tennis court, a marina and a volleyball court that can be used if available. On the condominium deck by the beach, there are bathrooms and an ecological shower. There is the possibility of renting a speedboat for tours and stand-up boards. The condominium's security has a 24-hour concierge, night patrols by condominium security guards and constant monitoring by surveillance cameras. Other things to note Other restaurant options in the area: In Tarituba: Franz's - specializing in fish and seafood; Condomínio do Frade: French, Japanese restaurant and pizzarias; Bar do Chuveiro: It is located in the Bracuí district, 20.9 km after the entrance to the center of Angra dos Reis, following the BR-101 (Km 502 height); it serves more than 40 different and delicious types of pastries, in addition to several dishes. HERE ARE TIPS FROM PLACES AND RESTAURANTS TO KNOW (more details will be provided to guests via email): If you leave the condominium and take Rio Santos (BR 101) to the right (direction of Rio de Janeiro) 2 km ahead you will reach Praia Brava. A residential village of the employees of the plant where there is a hospital, supermarket, restaurant, bakery and cafeteria and a beautiful beach, famous for surfing . At the gatehouse, the guards will ask your name and where they will go. If you follow Rio Santos about 20 km further on, you will reach the first gas station where next to it is the entrance to a condominium (Frade) where there is a great pizzeria that has vegetarian pizza and a very good Japanese restaurant. Departing from the condominium on the left, going to São Paulo, about 4 km ahead, you will reach the neighborhood of Parque Mambucaba. Exit from the highway to the right after the second sparrow. There will find restaurants, supermarkets, various shops, bank, gas stations... Following by BR a further 10 km + ou-, they will arrive in Tarituba, a place with restaurants and calm beach.
