The space The AlbLoft is a new-build apartment one floor up, 82 m², for up to 6 guests. Everything is new, bright and built for stays longer than a weekend. LIVING AND DINING Open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony overlooking the countryside. Sofa (converts to a sofa bed for 2), armchair, smart TV, dining table for 6, garden furniture on the balcony. KITCHEN Equipped for real cooking: oven, 4-zone induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine with starter capsules, kettle, toaster, water filter, pots, pans, crockery and wine glasses for 6, plus oil, salt, pepper and dish soap. SLEEPING Bedroom 1: double bed 1.80 m. Bedroom 2: double bed. Living room: sofa bed for 2. Bed linen, towels, hangers and blackout blinds in every room. A travel cot for babies is available on request. BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY One bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC and heated towel rail. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are provided. Inside the flat there is a washer-dryer, an iron and a drying rack, which is why stays of several weeks work well here. WORKING A proper desk and chair in the second bedroom, plus Wi-Fi and a wired Ethernet connection. The dining table serves as a second workspace when two people work in parallel. COOLING AND HEATING - worth reading once Heating and cooling run through a heat pump and the underfloor system. In summer, cold water circulates through the floor and draws the heat out of the rooms. It is completely silent, there is no draught and no dry air. It is not an air conditioner in the usual sense: the cooling works slowly and evenly over hours rather than at the push of a button. On hot days the apartment stays clearly cooler than outside. All windows also have shading. ARRIVAL AND PARKING Free private parking right at the house, with a level 2 EV charger. Private entrance and self check-in by keypad code from 4 pm, so nobody has to wait for a key handover. The apartment is one floor up; there is no lift. THE LOCATION Kirchentellinsfurt sits on the river Neckar between Tübingen and Reutlingen, on the edge of the Schönbuch nature park. On foot: train station 6 minutes (RE10 to Tübingen and Stuttgart, RB63), bakery and shops in the village. The Baggersee Kirchentellinsfurt lake and the river bank are a short walk or cycle away. By car: Tübingen 10, Reutlingen 15, Outlet City Metzingen 20, Stuttgart airport and trade fair 20, Stuttgart city centre 30 minutes. A continuous cycle path runs along the Neckar to Tübingen. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself - no shared living space, no other guests in the unit. That includes the private entrance, the balcony, the washer-dryer inside the flat and a free parking space right at the house with a level 2 EV charger.
