This gorgeous townhome has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you will need to sit back and relax. You are literally steps from one of Osoyoos' most popular sandy beaches and also steps from a beautiful public park. The townhome is walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, pubs and liquor stores. This location cannot be beat. Welcome to paradise. You won't want to leave. The space Open, modern and very beachside in its decor. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, laundry and half bath. There are two patios off the main floor, one facing the beach with dining table and swing, the other is off the kitchen and includes the natural gas BBQ. Upstairs is the two bedrooms, and two full baths. A large sunroom with beautiful lake views is off the master bedroom. Guest access There is one (small) parking garage included with the property (2A). Please be advised that only small vehicles will fit (trucks, standard-sized SUV will not). In the event that your vehicle does not fit, there is uncovered parking at the top of the driveway. Please only park one vehicle in this area at a time (as the 3 spots are shared with the other units). Other things to note Please note that wildfires in the south Okanagan is an unfortunate reality that we have do have to contend with. As such, please be aware prior to booking that we do not offer refunds due to smoke or wildfire activity in the vicinity. (Refunds will be issued if a property is under an evacuation alert.)
