This beautiful living space is located in a newly built building in Kalimanj, near the main road but it still keeps its peace and quiet. It's approximately 2km away from Tivat Airport and about 5 minutes away from the city centre and Porto Montenegro. There are several beaches along the coast in walking distance as well as beautiful beaches in towns nearby (such as Budva, Kotor etc). 1 PARKING PLACE GUARANTEED. € 1 City tax per adult per night - NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. The space The flat is completely engulfed by bright light and its interior is going for that light slightly translucent atmosphere as well. Everything is extremely cozy and the space has a very warm feel to it. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed (new mattress and fresh linen) each and one with three twin beds (again new mattresses and fresh linen) which guarantee you a good night's sleep. Moreover there is a brand new pull-out sofa bed in the living room which grants you two more sleeping spots (fresh linen are provided here as well). The living room itself is very homey and promises a relaxing time if that is what you are looking for and there is a TV when you just want to chill at home after a long day spent at beach. We know how important it is to have access to clean and fully equiped bathrooms therefore you will find that our two bathrooms have new and clean appliances and towels.
