Located in an oceanfront building, the condo offers a partial ocean view from its private second-floor balcony. As our guest, you can take advantage of Carolina Winds’ shared amenities, including a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, and direct beach access. You will also have access to one parking space, making it easy to come and go as you explore all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The space Carolina Winds 208 is a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat, making it an excellent choice for a couple seeking relaxation and adventure. Inside, you'll find many home comforts, including Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs for entertainment. The condo features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Stay cool with two window air conditioners, ensuring a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Beyond your private retreat, Carolina Winds offers an array of amenities shared with other guests. Take a dip in the sparkling outdoor pool or relax in the indoor pool on cooler days. The lazy river is perfect for floating your cares away, while the outdoor hot tub provides a place to unwind. The on-site washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh, while the elevators provide easy navigation of the building. The minimum check-in age is 21. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool areas, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
