Here you can relax, start the day with a morning swim and explore the beautiful nature. The cabin is suitable for guests who appreciate pleasant surroundings and that little extra. This is an animal-free and smoke-free cottage. Welcome! The space This is a new, architect-designed cabin located in a newly established, modern field by Lundevannet, about 10 minutes drive from Moi/E39. The cabin is on two floors, has large windows and panoramic views of the water. It has an open solution with living room, dining room and kitchen, in addition to an attic room. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the second floor. There is not full ceiling height on the second floor and partially sloping roof, as is common in Norwegian cabins. Our cabin is suitable for guests who appreciate clean and tidy surroundings, nature and views. The cabin can accommodate 6 people, of which a maximum of 4 adults. No more than 6 guests are allowed. Age limit for adult guests: 30 years. The cabin is well equipped and has everything you need both for a weekend trip and for holidays, whether you want to relax or be active. The large terrace has a seating area, dining area and two sun beds. There is a fire pan and a small, portable charcoal grill available. Free WiFi. Due to the location in the field, the design of the terrace and the free view, the cabin provides room for privacy. The cabin is located on a sloping terrain and there is no fence, so it is therefore not so well suited for small children. It takes three minutes to walk down to the swimming area, both beach and bathing jetty with diving tower. Nearby, there's great nature and various hiking opportunities. Lundbadet, which has both a swimming pool and a wellness department, is located on the way to Moi city center. In the center there are grocery stores (Kiwi and Coop Extra), bakery and a very good pizza restaurant: Pizzamani. There is also a gas station. Due to allergies, it is not allowed to bring animals. Fishing is not allowed. This is a non-smoking cabin. No parties/events allowed. Cleaning can be booked for NOK 1,000, but rental is otherwise based on guests doing this themselves. Rental of bed linen and towels NOK 150 per person. At times it may be possible to buy firewood for NOK 100 per package at the cabin, but firewood will not always be available there. Firewood can otherwise be purchased at Coop Extra at Moi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of a small room that is only available for the host. Some cabinets/drawers in the kitchen are for the owner's private use only. Other things to note The price is for 4 people. There can be 2 children in addition. Maximum number of adult guests: 4. No more guests than booked are allowed. Not allowed: Animals, smoke, party/event. The price is based on the guests cleaning themselves, but you can order cleaning for 1,000 NOK (about 85 Euro). It is possible to rent bed linen and towels for NOK 150 per person (only bed linen 100/only towels 50). Age limit for guests: 30 years.
