This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), a den with Queen bed, full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pet friendly! We do ask that dogs be kept on a leash (2 outdoor cats) The space Set on 5 private acres in Oxford Junction along the River Philip, this cozy lower-level studio offers a private entrance at the back for your convenience. The sleeping area includes a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with door with a Queen size bed, complete with fresh sheets, blankets, and a comforter for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire studio. Enjoy the outdoor space featuring a hot tub, barbecue, hammock, and comfortable outdoor seating. A private walking trail leads directly to the river. While there is no central AC, the lower-level space stays naturally cool. A fan is provided. Other things to note We have 3 outdoor cats. They are very friendly.
