Relax on one of two balconies. One is located off of the living area and has a bistro table to sit and enjoy coffee or a meal. The second balcony is conveniently located off of the bedroom and offers great Gulf views. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and additional seating at the bar for 2 others. The primary bedroom provides a comfortable king bed. The loft can be used for kids or adults with a full size bed overlooking the living area. The bathroom has a beautiful, custom walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked for nights you choose to dine in or it's a short walk to the Sea Horse Grill if you want a quick meal out. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room in the bedroom. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. There are many convenient Beach Park entrances nearby. The Palms also offers a great pool to take a swim or just relax in the sunshine. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. You must provide a valid state issued identification for all Guests over the age of 18. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lbs limit. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Beach Time Vacation Rentals will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.
