The space You will be booking a 1940s terrace house, which used to be a beloved family home over the decades. Check-in on your day of arrival - there is a key safe, and the code for this will be sent to you before your arrival. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge/dining room with a sofa and chairs for relaxing in. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, a toaster and kettle and a full array of pots, pans and plates to knock up your favourite meal. There is a washing machine. We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, Netflix, and Prime to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. If there is anything that can be done to answer your questions, then do contact as soon as possible. PLEASE TAKE NOTE All bedrooms are on the first floor via a stairway. We will not be able to accept hen or stag parties as our neighbours are friends and their peace and quiet are essential to us. This house does not allow parties or events at any time, and noise is limited between 10 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. The use of illegal substances or partaking in criminal activity is prohibited at all times. The police will be involved in those infrequent cases and where needed. During your stay, you are responsible for securing the house when you go out. Any lost possessions cannot be blamed on the owners. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and the garden. Access is gained through keys in the key safe at the property. Other things to note Please keep the noise down and ensure you smoke outside in the garden.
